VisionAtlas is not a HIPAA-covered product. We do not offer Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for storing protected health information (PHI).
Allowed uses
Healthcare and life-sciences organizations may use VisionAtlas for:
- Workforce and operational KPIs
- Business goals and initiatives unrelated to individual patient care
- Leadership briefings built from business performance data
Do not enter
- Patient names, medical record numbers, or other identifiers tied to clinical care
- Diagnoses, treatment notes, lab results, or clinical trial subject data governed as PHI
- Any data you would only store in a HIPAA-compliant record system
Our Terms of Service prohibit PHI in the Service.
Free-text fields
Weekly updates, observations, risks, and AI prompts are still free text. Use operational language only (for example, “reduce readmission initiative staffing gap”) rather than patient-specific details.
