Common mistakes
- Using only AI Summary when the exec team needs a repeatable weekly deck — use Executive Briefings
- Expecting Reviews to email automatically — configure notifications separately; reviews are in-app snapshots
- Confusing five-slide board pack (AI Summary / Reviews) with ten-slide briefing PowerPoint (Executive Briefings)
- Granting CanViewExecutiveDashboard but not CanViewExecutiveBriefings — executives see AI Summary but not the briefing product
