VisionAtlas organizes execution around a hub-and-spoke model: goals → KPIs ← initiatives. KPIs sit in the center; goals and initiatives both link to KPIs, not to each other directly.

Goals
Goals describe strategic outcomes (for example, “Increase enterprise win rate” or “Improve on-time delivery”). Each goal can have an owner, department, status, fiscal period, strategic theme, and linked KPIs.
KPIs
Key performance indicators track measurable progress toward goals. KPIs include:
- Target and actual values over reporting periods
- Reporting frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Links to goals and initiatives
- Health derived from current value vs target
Initiatives
Initiatives are projects or workstreams meant to improve KPIs. They include ownership, status, health, sponsors, outcome fields, and links to KPIs.

After sign-in, open Performance model in the sidebar.
The live graph explorer shows your company’s goals, KPIs, and initiatives as an interactive map:
- Filters — narrow by department, health, or entity type
- Orphan highlights — KPIs with no goal link or initiatives with no KPI link stand out so you can fix alignment
- Hub-and-spoke layout — KPIs in the center with goals and initiatives connected
Click nodes to open detail pages. Use filters after bulk imports (Jumpstart) or reorganizations to verify links.
