Recommended workflow
- Confirm department structure and owners in Settings → Departments.
- Create or review KPIs your team owns — link to goals where applicable.
- Link initiatives to the KPIs they should influence.
- Review [weekly updates](/help/weekly-updates) from your team each week.
- Escalate material issues to the Risk register when needed.
- Capture meeting follow-ups as [action items](/help/action-items) with owners and due dates.
- Use Comments on initiative detail pages for async discussion with the team.
